BRANCH MANAGER
PLATTSBURGH MAIN OFFICE BRANCH & CAMPUS BRANCH

This is a great career opportunity for a qualified candidate who will be responsible for guiding staff in all aspects of the branch experience. The Branch Manager will be responsible for daily branch operations ensuring that all members are provided with excellent service and are given the benefits of a full range of products and services in a professional atmosphere. Must possess the ability to foster a team environment where all team members are encouraged to develop to their highest potential through training and coaching.

The eligible candidate must have strong leadership, sales and communication skills. Will be required to maintain Notary Public, NMLS designation and Signature Guarantee services. Lending knowledge and experience required. Must assure proper control of cash handling and accountability in accordance to regulations and procedures. Our Branch Manager is expected to support the branch team and manage the relationship building activities with our credit union members. You will actively participate as a member of the management team and make recommendations for the improvement of the Credit Union operations and procedures. Participation in community activities will be required.

The successful individual must have at minimum of two years branch management or related experience, a 4-year college degree is preferred.
