Sunmark is GROWING!!! In 2018 we will be opening a new branch in Delmar.
Duties:This position will lead the branch team to actively promote and participate in efforts that achieve branch sales, service and efficiency goals. Builds and supports a workplace culture consistent with the credit unionís mission. Serves as a leader and role model to branch staff, effectively creating a high quality work environment where staff is motivated to perform at their highest levels. Provides leadership and enhances, develops, implements, and/or enforces policies and procedures that improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the branch. Solicits and develops business relationships by calling on and meeting with business/members at locations convenient to the business owners. Stays actively involved in Chamber or local business networking events to connect and become known as a resource by the local business community.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree or higher with 2-4 years prior related experience OR a High School diploma or equivalent plus at least 4+ yearís related financial services experience. Prior Management experience required.

Turbine Departmentís Federal Credit Union. In 1997, to reflect the broader member base, the Credit Union changed its name to Sunmark.
