Description:As a SEFCU owner, assist in the planning, coordination and supervision of all branch activities. Maintain responsibility for all day to day branch operations, including staff and member service issues, scheduling and time-keeping, security, and branch opening and closing. Coach and motivate staff to meet all sales and service and member satisfaction goals. Provide direct, personal service to members and work to immediately resolve member issues. Maintain proficiency in all technical applications used in the branch. Provide leadership and support of SEFCU�s culture and represent SEFCU as a responsible and contributing member of the community.
Qualifications:An Associates degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience is required. The best qualified candidates will have strong supervisory skills, be excellent communicators, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism. Must be a Notary Public or have the ability to obtain designation upon hire.
