Description:Take an active role in the daily operation of our fast-paced call center. Assume the role of leader, coach, mentor, and advisor as you manage daily workflows and motivate and coach staff to meet goals and maintain unsurpassed levels of member service. Execute business plan initiatives and generate ideas designed to meet our goals of operational and financial excellence. As a SEFCU leader, provide support of the tenets of our corporate culture and actively contribute to the business community.
Qualifications:Three to five years of management experience in a high-volume inbound or blended inbound/outbound call center is required. A Bachelors degree is preferred. Must be a strong leader with excellent communication and listening skills. Experience with call center technologies, including Avaya CMS and call recording is also required. The best candidates will have proven ability to lead a call center team and demonstrated knowledge of call center industry best practices.
