| Duties: | Responsibilities of this new position will be:
to mentor and coach our sales team to build member relationships;
to manage and implement plans to develop the Credit Union's membership and product penetration;
to identify and contact prospective businesses with which to partner for referrals;
to represent the Credit Union in the local community by participation in community events and organizations. |
| Qualifications: | You'll need: excellent writing, speaking, networking, and presentation skills along with management experience and a proven record of business development. Financial services experience is a plus but not required. |
