| Duties: | This position requires providing outstanding member service by actively promoting products and services: deposit products, IRAs, consumer and real estate loans, electronic services, insurance products, etc. In addition, this person will run and analyze credit reports and advise members on improving credit score, and if applicable, recommend products and services to assist members in building/maintaining a strong financial future. The FSR will also perform member service responsibilities; answering questions and requests, researching and resolving member issues, etc. |
| Qualifications: | A minimum of a 2 year college degree is preferred plus three to five years experience in sales and/or financial counseling, or a comparable combination of education and experience. Good customer service, communication and problem-solving skills required. Notary designation or ability to attain within 6 months is required. Experience using P.C. based software and Microsoft Office, etc.
