We are currently recruiting for a Closing & Secondary Market Supervisor in our Loan Servicing department in Poughkeepsie, NY.
The successful candidate will supervise the daily operations and staff of the Real Estate closing and secondary market areas, in support of the direction provided by the Secondary Market Lending Manager. Coordinate the workflow for assigned personnel, set deadlines and ensure proper procedures are followed.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. High school diploma or equivalent certificate required. Undergraduate Degree in business or finance preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years mortgage closing and secondary market experience required, including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA Agency guidelines/products, pricing strategies and financial modeling.
3. Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience required.
