| Duties: | Key Responsibilities include:
- Designs, codes, tests and supports internally developed applications, processes and ETL integration systems.
- Works with business analysts and business clients to conduct requirements gathering sessions as well as develop design and technical specifications.
- Identifies, analyzes, documents and responds to applications and process problems. Recommends solutions, initiates corrective action, follow up, and informs clients of status based on business priority and urgency.
- Works closely within a group of technical and business users in a fast paced, dynamic/team-oriented environment to meet project milestones and objectives.
- Assists with vendor management on assigned applications.
- Installs, tests and communicates system updates/upgrades on assigned applications.
- Supports third party and in-house applications and manage daily production processes to support business needs.
- Acts as the technical liaison between users, vendors, and IT.
- Adheres to the goals and standards set forth by the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Writes procedures and policies, and records system changes for troubleshooting and auditing.
- Promotes and maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards to get along with members, co-workers, management and vendors.
- Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures and Banking/Credit Union Regulations.
- Performs additional duties as required.

| Qualifications: | - Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
- Results driven, customer focused, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must have 3+ years� .net Windows form and ASP.NET/MVC applications and database development experience. Able to demonstrate hands on experience developing applications using:
* Visual Studio 2003 or later
* Web development technologies (XML, HTML, Java, AJAX, VBScript, etc�)
* Web services
* MS SQLSERVER Transact/SQL (Procs, Triggers, Views etc)
* Relational Database concepts (entity modeling, table design; Keys, Indexes)
*ETL Data Integration and Interface processes
* BI Reporting and data warehousing tools
- Excellent overall business consulting and project management skills with an ability to conduct data requirements and process definition meetings with clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good understanding of Windows Server environments, software installation and LAN/WAN Network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP; FTP etc.)
- Proficient in Windows desktop environments as well as MS Office Tools suite (Excel, Access)
- Business knowledge / background in Banking or Credit Unions a plus.
