| Duties: | We are looking for an individual with a significant level of trust and diplomacy. This person must be able to ensure that the branch meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans. In addition, the candidate must develop a climate of teamwork, cooperation, and enthusiasm.
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for delivering Credit Union products and services as requested by members, which include taking loan applications, opening new accounts, ATM services, etc. In addition to monitoring all branch activities, the candidate should administers performance evaluations and suggest appropriate personnel actions.
The ideal candidate is expected to provide superior member service at all times. This include proper phone etiquette, ensuring member confidentiality, and going above-and-beyond your expected job requirements in order to provide satisfaction for the members at GPO. It is also very important to keep management informed about key operating issues.

| Qualifications: | A high school education or GED with two to five years of similar or related experience are required.
