| Duties: | We are looking for enthusiastic, diplomatic, and courteous candidates for the position of Member Service Representative. This person must be able to assist potential members and current members with their Credit Union needs, which include responding to problems, directing members to the appropriate person, and set up new accounts.
The Member Service Representative is responsible for delivering Credit Union products and services as directed by the members, which include taking loan applications, opening new deposit accounts, ATM services, etc. The candidate must be able to maintain appropriate records and prepare required reports when needed. In addition, the person must identify cross-sell opportunities, cross-sells services to members, as well as supporting marketing promotions.
The ideal candidate is expected to provide superior member service at all times. This include proper phone etiquette, ensuring member confidentiality, and going above-and-beyond your expected job requirements in order to provide satisfaction for both the customers and the members at GPO.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledgeable of the organization�s structure and know whom to direct the customer to.
Outstanding member service skills.

| Qualifications: | A high school education or GED with six to two years of similar or related experience.
